This promo image comes courtesy of artist Dale Keown, and as you can see he's homaging Peter David and George Perez's Future Imperfect storyline from the '90s. This latest revisit will feature the character of Maestro (an extremely powerful version of the Hulk who rules Earth 100 years in the future) and it looks like he's been busy! Like the other events teased, this is expected to tie in to the planned Secret Wars by Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic.

Nope, I think Giffen is better than Perez. Perez is still really good, but Giffen is better.

As far as I am concerned, Stan Lee and Peter David were the best writers for the Hulk. Hickman, wrote some great FF stories, so I will keep an open mind.

Neal Adams is my favorite Batman artist. I love the Blue and Grey suit... I'm oldschool.

Since we're on the topic of random topics, let me throw this out there. The guy that plays Donald Ressler on the Blacklist has just moved to my #1 spot as Matt Murdock in the BIG SCREEN MCU. In my opinion he is just too spot on to pass up... https://www.google.com/search?q=Agent+ressler+on+the+Blacklist&rlz=1C1CHFX_enUS594US595&es_sm=93&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=llZRVIG3GKe88wGcjYCYBg&ved=0CDUQsAQ&biw=1600&bih=799

Keith Giffen is a good artist, but when you compare art, there;s no contest. Perez IS WAY BETTER.

Keith Giffen got lazy in recent years and his style of "copy and pasting" panels and using "stock" poses represents that.
Then he started aping Kirby style. (The Darkness Saga was his best at being himself.)

Perez has continued to envolve and can produce more detail and make the characters look so good no matter if it's Marvel or DC. His crowning moment was the AVENGERS vs JLA miniseries. Pure masterpiece.
