COMICS: Latest Marvel 2015 Teaser Revisits Classic X-MEN Animated Series
In a departure from the usual run of Marvel Summer 2015 promo images, this X-Men '92 teaser harkens back to the much-loved animated series which ran from 1992-1997, with Cyclops, Gambit, Storm, Rogue, Wolverine, Jubilee, and Professor X leaping into action. Check it out..
Most of 2015 teasers so far have revisited past Marvel Comics events, but this latest one hints at the return of the mutants that made up the team from the X-Men animated series. Well, most of 'em anyway -- Beast and Jean Grey are conspicuous by their absence. We still don't know exactly what Marvel's end game with these promos, but they're all expected t somehow tie into the year-long Secret Wars event which kicks off next Summer. There have been quite a lot of these teasers, but here are a handful just in case you missed any: Planet Hulk, Armor Wars, Future Imperfect, and Avengers VS. X-Men.
