The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.

"Yellow Flicker Beat" is the lead track on the soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which will be released via Republic Records later this year. Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Donald Sutherland, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Stanley Tucci, Natalie Dormer, and Julianne Moore, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is set to be released on November 21st.

It really is too bad they wasted her on a throwaway character in the MCU. Would it be too egregious if she played another character? Only fanboys would notice.

Yep, Marvel WASTED her.

Send her to DC, she'd be an amazing Harley Quinn.

@HAILHYDRA - I think it's TOTALLY possible that they could cast her for a larger part, especially for anything that shoots on off-season for GoT (which is usually in fall) so fingers crossed!!

Just want to point out a little something interesting, when that dude whos tongue got cut out makes a signal with his hands, he's basically saying he finds Katniss "beautiful". That's ASL right there. The dude across from him then signs "Yes".

I love her. She'd make a great Enchantress. She's good at playing scheming yet vulnerable characters (Anne Boleyn from the Tudors) and her face says, "I will steal yo man!"
