ARROW: First Look At Katie Cassidy As 'Black Canary'

We saw her stunt double rocking the outfit already, but now the CW has released the first official pics of Katie Cassidy's Laurel Lance suited and booted as Black Canary. Lance will don the costume in Arrow's tenth season 3 ep, "Left Behind".

We knew it was only a matter of time before Laurel took up the mantle of her dearly departed sister, and below we have our first glimpse of how she'll look as the new Black Canary. Apparently we won't actually see her suited up until episode 10 of this current season of Arrow, but tune in tonight to see her continue to train with Ted Grant/Wildcat in order to prepare.

Add some dark blue to it. Jeez, it's like the people on Arrow don't know how to make a half decent costume (excluding Red Arrow).

Yeah they definitely should've made a character named Black Canary wear a dark blue jacket...what the hell where they thinking. Why would she be in a dark blue jacket if its meant to pay homage to her sister? Digging the costume and I'm sure it'll evolve. I dont think Ollie is going to be happy about this though.

Better than first costume. I know it looked good, but Sarah barely had her boobs in that thing so looked silly.

@Superherofan I think it'll work if she kinda gets her ass kicked a first few times. Ollie takes her, but is a liability so it isn't just "Hey, I boxed so I can fight crime now"

Still don't like Laurel, and she doesn't really look like the real Black Canary. She just constantly looks pissed off.

Bring back Sara, she was the best live action Black Canary.

the more badass females, the better. This new Mockingbird looks nice :D
