CAPTAIN AMERICA's Dominic Cooper Joins The Cast Of DRACULA

Variety report that the actor, who played Howard Stark in Captain America: The First Avenger, will join Luke Evans and Sarah Gadon in Universal's upcoming adaptation of Bram Stoker's classic novel.

According to Variety, Captain America: TFA/Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter actor Dominic Cooper has signed on for a role in Gary Shore's take on Dracula. The site doesn't reveal who he will play, but do say he's "ready to take on the most famous vampire of all", so perhaps that suggests he'll be a foe of Luke Evans' "Prince Vlad". Frequent David Cronenberg collaborator Sarah Gadon will play the female lead in the movie which will be "a mix of mythology and history as it follows the story of Prince Vlad, the inspiration for the Dracula character popularized by the Bram Stoker novel." Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless wrote the script, and the movie has an August 8th, 2014 release date.

exactly,not including the avengers but just the other solo characters films.

1st iron man 3 $740,699,091 (so far,still rising)

2nd iron man 2 $623,933,331

3rd iron man $585,174,222

4th thor $448,512,824

5th captain america the first avenger $368,608,363

6th the incredible hulk $263,427,551

another two films each for thor & captain america should make them both billion dollar trilogies,i think the ladies like chris hemsworth so that is why he made more than cap.

It's a damn shame Cooper already played Howard, because he would be a great Tony.

BUT, RDJ should stay for another five years.

Im with, tea...Tomb of Dracula.

I would love to see Marvel do their horror line. Tomb of Dracula, Werewolf by Night, Morbius...do it MARVEL!

I just found out Luke Evans was playing Dracula! That's pretty nice casting right there! I always liked Cooper as a young Papa Stark! This could be very interesting.
