James Cameron has hinted that those "nasty humans" wouldn't be gone from the Na’vi's lives for good when the first of the three planned sequels to his mega-blockbuster Avatar rolled around, and according to Latino Review the leader of this new group on no-good homo sapiens will be none other than the Governator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The site's resident scooper El Mayimbe reports that the Last Stand actor will reunite with the director for the first time since True Lies back in 1994 to play the villain in Avatar 2 -- something he did so memorably for Cameron previously in The Terminator of course. Aside from that the only time Schwarzenegger has played a bad guy was in Batman And Robin...but the less said about that the better! No more details on his character are provided, but if this does indeed turn out to be on the level, what would you think? Sound off in the usual place.

As much as I thought Avatar was overrated I have to give James Cameron credit. The dude knows how to make a lot of money, without using incredibly popular actors. Still wish he would have returned to Terminator or Aliens, and not freaking Avatar.

I really like the idea of arnold being in this...perhaps an even BIGGER BADA$$ than stephen lang was in the first one!

I could see him in a mech and maybe playing earths "one man army" sent to clear pandora once and for all!!!

I can dig it. Arnold last few movie haven't been bad; I truly enjoyed The Last Stand and his role in The Expendables 2 was perfect. And with Cameron directing, this could turn out even better.

I really hate Avatar with a passion.... Effects are cool, etc., whatever... Story was [frick]ing trash. The White Man trashing the homeland and forcing the Natives to disperse... [frick]ing pathetic. I've already seen that movie, it was called Pocahontas.
