It all kicks off in X-Files: Conspiracy #1 (of 2) in January.

The event of the year begins here! When The Lone Gunmen discover Internet files from future, they learn that a plague will soon wipe out most of humanity. With Agents Mulder and Scully working one lead, the Gunmen must spring into action and investigate several urban legends: a group of ghost-hunters, mutant turtles that live in the sewers, shape-changing alien robots, and a vengeful spirit from beyond the grave!


Also out that month is The X-Files: Conspiracy: Ghostbusters.

The Conspiracy continues! The Lone Gunmen investigate their first lead, the Ghostbusters. Are they frauds and charlatans, bilking unwitting clients out of money? Or do they have special insight into the afterlife? And how are they connected to the plague that’s poised to wipe out humanity?









This sounds like it could get very messy, but the potential is there for it to be amazing too of course. Will you be reading?

Being that Transformers are aliens, I would think they would fit right in to the X-Files universe...

It just seems like a handful of outdated properties banding together for a last ditch effort at rekindling the flame.

I'm going to be perfectly honest... that's pretty freaking AWESOME!!!

When I was a kid, I wanted to see these characters in a big crossover like this!

haha its like my childhood got thrown in a blender and poured onto the page. so much potential for win (in the right hands, of course). I wish them the best...who knows if it'll be any good but I'm rootin for 'em!

I still want my Godzilla/Transformers crossover. they both got movies coming out next year IDW. Make it happen.

It'd also be pretty cool if Mulder and Skully had to investigate giant monster sightings off the coast of Japan...
