Take a little break from all of the Marvel news for this little Batman VS. Superman nugget! Ever since it was announced that Wonder Woman -- and possibly even more DC superheroes -- would be joining Supes and Bats in Zack Snyder's sequel to
Man Of Steel, fans have been worried that the movie would be too jam-packed to do every character justice (no pun intended). So while taking to one of the film's writers, David S. Goyer, about some of his other upcoming projects, Collider asked him how hard it is to make sure all of these huge, iconic heroes get their dues on screen.
"I always try my best to honor every character. When you’re dealing with big iconic characters, there’s a lot of fan pressure to get it right, and I respect that and admire that passion enormously. At the same time, you can’t let your creative process be too crowded by that or distracted by it. It’s not always one uniform opinion of how you should portray this character or that character. I think I’ve done a pretty good job of walking that razor’s edge. You just have to do your best and know what’s out there, but at the same time, follow your own muse."
Now keep in mind that
Argo screenwriter Chris Terrio was brought in to work on the script too, and many think he could well have done a complete rewrite. Whatever the case may be let's hope these characters all get to make a significant impact when they share the screen in 2016.
