hopefully they have some good chemistry on screen. i have total faith in garfield, but i still think he needs to bulk up just a bit, i know spideys not meant to be a juggernaut but you get what i mean.

@TGS besides the hair i dont see anything twilight like, and i am guessing this is after he gets his powers(pure speculation) as far as i remember after he gets his powers he stops wearing his glasses. not going to lie he does have this weird twilight vibe but lets hold our judgements till we see some actual footage

Looks fine to me it's just an outfit I do not see any reason to judge the clothes.

I noticed Emma Stone (who looks beautiful) is wearing winter clothes I guess that comes into play.

Considering that the Lizard is the main villain and that Peter Parker has a romantic relationship with Gwen Stacy, I doubt this movie is supposed to be based off of Ultimate Spider-Man. Everything regarding Ultimate Spidey in this film has just been hearsay.

Meh. He looks okay. The only real disappointments here are that he really does look too old for a high school kid, but perfect for a college student if that's what they're doing.
The other problem I have is with his hair. It doesn't look terrible, or bad really. But I wish he would have just changed it up a LITTLE bit. Most actors change their normal hair for these things. It looks like Garfield just put on some new clothes and said, "LOL IMMA BE PETER PARKERZ!".

I'm sure he'll be fine as Peter/Spiderman, but I just wish that he did something a little different with his look. Cutting his hair short would have been a HUGE improvement.

Also not a fan of how Emma Stone looks as Gwen Stacy either. She's kind of like the opposite of Garfield. While Andrew looks perfect for a college student but terrible for a high school student, Stone looks perfect for a high school student and terrible for a college student.
It all depends on how the story is played out I guess. But for now it looks like a 20 year old Andrew Garfield is making out with the 16 year old Emma Stone. Just weird.

I'm still a little concerned about just how many influences from the Ultimate Universe there will be (little to none would be ideal IMO) but there's no doubt in my mind that both Garfield and Ston look 100% perfect for their roles.

In all fairness to the guy, his hair is pretty much the same in real life anyway. Please don't tell me that we're going to judge the film due to his hair? BTW there are a lot of images of Peter where he has this sticky up hair, I never cared for the look much myself but it would be a lie to say that he and the hair don't look like PP.

I think the only thing they're taking from the Ultimate universe are the looks of the characters.
The plot sounds very 616.

I'm not diggin Emma Stone as a blonde,I hate to be an a$$ about it,but she does not look good.I like her red hair way better.Yeah,and what is up with the Twilight hair?I think I just lost interest in this movie.Why don't they just do a Spider-Man 2099 movie instead of the same thing,over and over and over.Meh!!!
