Damn, I hope I'm wrong but theres all the warning signs... completely destroying what BANE is will probably ruin this picture... I'm warming to Catwoman, its gone from Ice Zero to Chilled now! : p

BANE should be kept for a decent KNIGHTFALL movie further down the line, not here... just seems rushed... so many other BAT VILLAINS untouched!

@soberchimera61 The Bane footage is from a fan film called Batman Legends... It's not the Bane from Batman and Robin.

@LEEE I wasnt exactly thrilled about Bane either (I wanted Hugo Strange or Deadshot too) but do you have to keep complaining about it. Nolan isnt going to change the villains just because you keep complaining about them. Wait for Black Mask & Deadshot in a future movie

On a serious note: If Nolan only uses Hardy for pre-Bane scenes and gets a sh1T brick house to play the masked BANE... yeah that would work!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with RyanTcone. I have faith in Nolan. I'm not saying that I know the film will be good, how can I? But until he shows me something that I really don't like..and that is not casting a great, slightly shorter than the character he is portraying, actor in the movie!

Nolan has earned our faith. I will maintain it until I see a movie that changes my mind. After creating the two best CBMs of all time, I doubt he will come up short on the last installment.

@leee- I understand why you are hesitant to think he will use CGI or anything for Bane but I'm willing to guess he has learned to like and respect CGI a bit more after making Inception and reports of the testing of a CGI costume for Supes. I can see him using it for this movie.

Everyone is allowed to have an opinion, though unlike yours mine and Rors were supported by evidence, while yours are founded speculation and what I believe to be a pinch of you just wanting to hear yourself talk. Its like were science and youre religion, we give an example and then show you why were right where as you say what you think is right and if anyone disagrees with you then oh noes.

@deadshotzero, you know that sort of crossed my mind too, in a way. like what if anne hathaway is truly playing selena kyle, but really what if that's actually an alias or something for talia al ghul, she could even have the nickname catwoman, a robber and assassin-like mix, picking up where her father left off, therefore bats would use his intellect and detective skills to because you really think in a realistic nolan-verse setting that he would let any gal come close to him that has a connection to ra's? it would raise too many questions for the audience who aren't as big into the background of batman.. it would still save the talia out for revenge for her father while still keeping a familiar character into the mix of things.. it kinda reminds me of the way they blended ra's with henri ducard for ra's al ghul, she'll be doing the exact same thing her father did. it's perfect.
