Not 100% sure if this is legit yet, but check out a very interesting, but unrevealing video featuring that chanting and some police action shots..

There is some debate as to whether this is real or fan made. The Youtube channel is called Thefirerises, and it uses a previously unseen logo(probably fan made) as it's thumbnail pic. Then again, this message was relayed to a fan on the SHH forums that asked the channel's owner if it was authentic or not..

Ok on the hood of one of the cop cars was the numbers 083! Could that possibly mean something?

All I could here from that was "Shots fired, officer down...officer down!"

@JatevinM No i think it's just the number of the police vehicle, so helicopters can identify it...i could be wrong though

Actually now i think it's made by a fan because it says 'Chicago Fire Department...Emergency Medical Services' on a vehicle, not Gotham!

@PaulRom Would the League of Shadows use guns? I don't know much about them.
But it says "shots fired".

PS. could the chanting be from Arkham maybe? It sounds like it comes from a chamber if you listen carefully.

@Grimekid idk to be honest, but I wouldn't put it past them.
Now THAT'S possible...if it's not LOS, maybe it's Bane breaking the prisoners of Arkham out, with or without LOS.

the license plate on the ambulance says 375 which is the Gotham City area code, also the number on the cop car is 083 was Gordon's cop car until he became commissioner.
