MAN OF STEEL: Does This New Set Pic Reveal Another Kryptonian Villain?

Nuke The Fridge have posted yet another (blurry) set image from the set of Zack Snyder's reboot . Once again it features Supes, Lois, Faora and what may be one of her alien accomplices..

Apologies for how pixelated the images are, I guess these guys were quite a distance away when snapping these pics. Still, we can make out enough to see what appears to be Faora and a similarly black suited character in the background, standing on what will apparently be their Kryptonian spacecraft in the final film. Lousy quality images though they may be, they certainly seem to support the recent set report posted by Nuke The Fridge which dealt with Earth's military meeting with Zod's forces to strike some kind of deal. Apparently Faora demands that Lois Lane accompany her to meet Zod, Superman and Colonel Hardy object, Lois then agrees to go peacefully.

Anyway, it's nothing too exciting but might keep us going until some more - long overdue - official Man Of Steel news comes our way. Zack Snyder's reboot stars Henry Cavill, Michael Shannon, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Meloni, Richard Schiff and Harry Lennix, and will be with us June 14th, 2013.

Nah, apparently Michael Shannon wasn't on set..so the caped figure is Faora..the other?,, unless it's Zod that's doing the gobbling Tea!

I also think it is a stunt double.
The background landscape looks very sparse...kinda like one you would see in a Dragon Ball Z cartoon...a Dragon Ball Z type fight between Supes and Faoro (or Zod) be pretty sweet (with heat vision a substitute for the energy blasts).

This movie is going to be great. I have seen every Superman film in the theater and this one will be no different. Does anyone know if this will be in 3D?

I have been thinking this about most of the releases coming forward....
and i must say that i dont relish the thought of sitting through another origin or re-boot
I am looking forward to the avengers and the dark night because of continuity and that is what I want, I could not care less if the actors change,although that is sad but hey ,ruffalo,
My kids also dont want to sit through another origin story...

I don't think there are any stunt doubles. It appears to be Faora and not Zod (too much hair) and the one she is holding...maybe a member of the military or local SWAT team that she snatches up after she releases Lois and that's what sparks the brawl between her and Kal-El.

Amy Adams is an aging bag, just watched her in the Muppet Movie and she's horrible! Bags under her eyes, fat around the middle, puffy arms and still with the girlie voice. She'll make a terrible Lois Lane and they won't get more than one movie out of her at her age! She's like the dolly-faced girl next door from the country who got old, nothing like the city-styled firecracker that Lois should be!

They should have gone with Lynn Collins or Rashida Jones!

wait is that the superman curl i see??? AWESOME!!! I hope the superman curl is real, it almost looks photoshopped in cause that pic is so crappy, i can barely see his face, how would i be able to see that hair?
