I understand Colossus is wearing Juggernaut's garb, but why all of a sudden does his body mass increased to juggernaut proportions. And why did he shave his head?

Colossonaut is nowhere near as strong as Red Hulk. Some of these match-ups are seriously laughable. Also, if Red Hulk ever decided to use his energy absorbing powers, he WOULD be the strongest there is. Yes, original Hulk is the strongest, but it is damn close. Also, HULK (Red Hulk's title) is actually a really good book.
