Scott Snyder and Greg Cappullo's Batman #16 will be the penultimate issue in the 'Death Of The Family' event, and you can check out the cover featuring The Joker kitted out in a few Bat-trophies below. Something tells me he didn't ask to borrow those items from the Bat-family nicely..

I'm thinking the Bat-gear might just be for the cover and not his real look inside. It's possible he takes that stuff and even wears it, but it might just be symbolic of The Joker going after everyone in the Bat-family

just read the part 1 yesterday - pretty awesome read and a "fresh" take on Joker
So far it's pretty good and I'm looking forward to the next issue.

Out of the new 52, this title and Detective Comics have been my favorite 2

Ahhh DC. I'm hoping for the best so i can get cozy with my break from Marvel for awhile. Nothings better than a new Batman Joker story. This should be awesome. Scary, gory and shakes the Bat family to the core. but how much can the Bats actually take from Joker while he destroys his whole world and family?
