Meet The 5 Core Team Members For The JUSTICE LEAGUE Movie

This won't come as much of a surprise, but the ever reliable Latino Review reckon they've sussed out the core roster for Warner Bros. Justice League movie, as well as a few "maybes". Who made the cut and who was left on the bench? Read on to find out..

Okay, so the following lineup isn't exactly unpredictable, but with all the rumors flying around about this planned Justice League film, it's nice to get something solid on exactly which team members we will see on the roster. Like I said, there have been many rumors but most have been sketchy if not completely fabricated. However, the lads at Latino Review have a proven track record, so we'll be taking their word on this one. The 5 characters Latino Review list as the core team members are..

1) Superman

2) Batman

3) Green Lantern

4) Wonder Woman

5) The Flash

So yeah, no surprises. But, the site also lists a few possibilities for appearances from some second-string Justice Leaguers: Apparently Martian Manhunter and Aquaman might also pop up, with the "weakest possibility" for a cameo going to Hawkman. So there you have it, only one female team member, but I guess that was to be expected. Personally I think I'd have preferred Hawkgirl over Hakwman. What do you guys make of the lineup?

I like this. They shouldn't expand on the five any more. The real question is who is going to play batman and green lantern.

I hope aquaman is in it so that if he takes to the general audience he'll get his own movie.

hmmmm, nice line up but I want WB to confirm this and a release date. Latino Review has been wrong before. Also, I think Aquaman should be in it too.

Featuring an entire new cast excluding Cavill... Maybe... Still have 0% faith in this thing.

Ah, I wish Martian Manhunter was in the core list. Aquaman deserves a solo movie first, I think. Hawkman is cool.

My biggest fear, though, is that Warner Bros. still HASN'T learned a thing about putting up a shared universe. I still smell a chance for this to be set apart from Man of Steel. I sure hope not, but...

I never believe these rumours, since they're dime-a-dozen.
But Latino Review are reliable.....
I like the line-up, especially since it puts focus on only 5 characters, 2 of which we know through so many movies,
1 of whom has established a place in peoples hearts as a beloved figure of Female Power as well as 1 who's been in a successful 90's tv show (Flash), along with 1 who's been in a less than successful movie but is out there.
Good start. No need to inform people as much as Iron Man, Thor and Hawkeye/Black Widow needed to.

I would really much rather see Martian Manhunter than GL. I like what he brings to the team more and has been more of a full time member.

This is good if true. I'm not gonna lie though. I'm gonna be a little bummed if it's not the original seven. I've always wanted to see a live action Martian Manhunter (barring the footage I've seen of David Ogden Stiers in that abortion of a JLA show from the nineties) and I think this will be a wasted opportunity to see that if they don't include him because, let's face it, WB doesn't have the greatest track record right now outsided of Batman when it comes to DC superheroes and this movie, if and when it gets made, is not guaranteed a sequel.

Latino Review is not always reliable, but this one is pretty much a no-brainer. If the core five wasn't this group, WB would be failing before they even start.

I wouldn't mind Ryan Reynolds returning as Green Lantern. It was bad, learn from the mistakes, but don't convolute everything by introducing a different green lantern just a few years later. I don't want to sit through another origin story. I think RR did a good job, the problem was the script and the creature design.
If Justice League is a smashing success, consider doing GL2 afterwords. With the coming Star Wars movies and the deepening of the current Star Trek run, space epics will likely be back in style and it may succeed better after 2015 if they treat it more as a Green Lantern Corps story.

MM is a must, I always think GL is too cheesy for movie, so I don't mind if he and Aquaman doesn't appears

if they're want to go Avengers road they can add green arrow and black canary

my JL rosters will be :

Trinity
Flash
MM
black canary
