New Low-Res Look At BIG HERO 6 Gives Us A First Look At The Team

Many people enjoyed the recent trailer for Christopher Williams upcoming Disney animated feature, Big Hero 6. While it's small and low-resolution, we now have a new image from the film thanks to the film's tumblr page, providing us with our first full look at the team. Check it Out!

Set in a fictional metropolis called San Fransokyo (a portmanteau of San Francisco and Tokyo), Big Hero 6 will be centered on a young prodigy named Hiro Hamada and his self-created robot Baymax, both of whom uncover a criminal plot and must join a team of inexperienced crime fighters, including Wasabi No-Ginger, Honey Lemon, GoGo Tomago, and Fred.


Big Hero 6 is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated superhero film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. The film will be directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams.

Not sure if they could legally use Sunfire and Samuri as they are likely tied up with the X-titles. My kids will like this though which means I'll be along for the ride.
