Second GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Trailer Redone In LEGO Format

I like LEGO. I like Marvel. And to me, there's nothing like a crossover between the two. Antonio Toscano has been recreating Marvel trailers lately, and since Guardians of the Galaxy will hit theaters in just 4 days, he's done a cover trailer featuring LEGO minifigures. So check it out, and below it you can see the official trailer from Marvel!

From Marvel, the studio that brought you the global blockbuster franchises of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and The Avengers, comes a new team--the Guardians of the Galaxy. An action-packed, epic space adventure, Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy" expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the entire universe. To evade the ever-persistent Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a quartet of disparate misfits--Rocket, a gun-toting raccoon; Groot, a tree-like humanoid; the deadly and enigmatic Gamora; and the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer. But when Quill discovers the true power of the orb and the menace it poses to the cosmos, he must do his best to rally his ragtag rivals for a last, desperate stand--with the galaxy's fate in the balance.

In other news, GOTG's 100% RT streak ended today :-(

I've been anticipating this movie since it was rumored, but I never would have guessed it would get the positive reception it has. Can't wait until Thursday night!

Okay, just because I feel me reading the one rotten review needs to have som sort of justification I quote the first 1 1/2 paragraphs from it. These aren't as full of typos as the rest of the review, but it's so hilarious that I just have to share it:

"At the height of their powers, our overlords at Marvel have deigned to prove, like an emperor tolerating a court jester, that they do, in fact, have a sense of humor.

The Marvel universe, of course, isn't entirely lacking comedy, as we've seen in "Iron Man" and "The Avengers." But on the whole, the Marvel kingdom is built on an unshakable foundation of self-seriousness."

I suspect many of the users here can agree with that?! :D
