Saw it this morning, and it was unbelievably good! I need to see it again to be sure, but after first watch I would say it has an argument for being the greatest CBM ever (certainly it was on par with TDK).

@Omarvls I agree. I really think after the Russo's helm Cap 3, he will have the best solo trilogy out of them all. TFA was a solid intro, TWS just looks all kinds of epic, and 3 will be a continuation of that plus hinting about 1950's Cap or Burnside to be more specific. I can't wait!

Looking at Sebastian's hair makes me realise that I should probably trim my f*ckin' locks at least an inch or two. I've got longer hair than a lot of the girls I know.

If only the Russo brothers were to helm the Avengers series. Whedon should take some notes on how to direct a comic book movie.

@Omarvls: The thing which I think gives it the edge over TDK is that it really feels like a Captain America comic come to life. I do love the tone and realism of TDK, but as a CBM (and not just a film) Winter Soldier takes the #1 spot.

LOL, DarkPhoenix, I think that counts as much as all my dreams of having Kathryn Winnick umpteen berdillion different ways...

I cannot freaking WAIT for this movie! One week from tomorrow. Can't believe it' almost here, and a new episode of Agents of SHIELD on Tuesday night to whet the whistle.

It looked like work was gonna prevent me seeing it on the first release day, but thankfully things got rescheduled. I was gonna be REALLY sad since I've caught every MArvel Studios movie and pretty much most comic book movies on the very first day of release.
