Here Are Some Images Of The New X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Train

If you're not big on train travel, you may be after this! Most films based on comic books begin viral marketing by showcasing images from the movies on trains, and Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past has done the same, with Hugh Jackman and James McAvoy there to endorse the project.

We haven't yet gotten much in the way of marketing for Bryan Singer's next film, X-Men: Days of Future Past, but it seems to have begun, as Virgin Trains has teamed up with Fox to bring us a new X-themed train. Stars Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) as well as James McAvoy (Professor Xavier) have arrived to endorse the train. Here's the catch, No Mutants Allowed.

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past -- to save our future.
X-Men: Days of Future Past stars Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Patrick Stewart, Michael Fassbender,, Ian McKellen, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Fan Bingbing, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page & Booboo Stewart. The film hits theaters May 23, 2014.

there is a better shot of the whole train on twitter, with 10 mutants or so on it, including Bishop and Beast

Sweet.

I do have to argue that we've seen ALOT of marketing for DOFP. Hell, when was the last time a movie released 25 magazine covers in one day? There also been a lot of social media marketing, the only thing that was lacking was footage. And the way everyone whines about seeing too much TASM2 Footage, isn't that what you want?

This looks really cool. Way to get inventive with marketing Fox. Sony just throws like ten trailers at you with Spidey 2. Excited for what may be the greatest cbm teamup film ever!

I agree with @merkwithmouth

The marketing is unique with this movie and I love that were not getting 5 trailers.

It's important that people keep talking about this movie and releasing little nuggets here and there, ie. 25 covers or 6 second vids, etc. is making that happen without giving too much away.

I also love the bent bullet stuff with Magneto and the viral site showing videos before the movie even starts, especially important to see that boliver trask is a super smart individual and not to be messed with. (And we have hardly seen him in trailers, if at all)

Gawd I want to see this movie now dammit

@nowtheresabatman

Haha probably.
It's just ridiculous how we can have floods of highly sexualised images of women on here. I post a TV poster which is approved to be appropriate for advertising of women kissing and it gets deleted.

That is [frick]ing awesome.

McAvoy is like: "Bitch, I'm not even in this one!"
