 THE FLASH
Director~Robert Zemeckis
(Who framed Roger rabbit, Back to the future trilogy)

Great Director and visual guy think he would be perfect for the movie.
Story~ Robert Zemeckis & George Lucas

Both are good writers ( well atleast in the 80's) so why not? But really I think they make a good compelling story.
Costume Designer~Yvonne Blake
(Superman)

She can do it, she made the Superman suit look like the comics so I think she could with Flash.
The Flash/Barry Allen~ Tom Hanks

I honestly think he could of pulled it off in the 80's, he could pull off the humor, charm, and serious.
Iris West~ Meg Ryan

I think she would be great as Iris though she is not a redhead. But her and Tom Hanks had Sleepless in Seattle and that was good.
Wally West/ Kid Flash ~ Tom Cruise

He has the personality of Wally the fun, free spirit. Watch Risky Business he is really funny.

Plus, Tom Hanks said in an interview he wanted to play the Flash. Nice 80's cast, man! But isn't that George Lucas?

You should have kept going. Add like 10 more characters and some villains. Good choices so far though!

I've always thought Zemeckis could make a great light-hearted Flash time-travel movie today.

Call it ..... "FLASH: to the future"

When Barry gets his powers, he wakes up in the future. He meets his grandson, Impulse, in a futuristic Central City, and he learns the ropes about being a speedster. Have him discover that he marries someone named Iris (even though he's currently engaged someone else). He discovers that he mysteriously died at the end of his career, and nobody knows why. His rogues are all washed up, but when the learn of Barry's return, they try to settle the score. At the end, Barry returns to the present knowing that being the Flash takes his life, but he chooses to continue being a hero nonetheless, remaining optimistic. In the last scene he meets Iris for the first time.
