My choices for Dr. Stephen Strange

Ever since his mention in Cap 2 he can't be far behind so check out my picks...

With his metion in the Newest Entry to THe MCU, means Dr. Strange must not be not be that far behind.
Here are my choices for the role.

#1 Christian Bale

now I know this man played Batman , but is not anymore and Marvel is known for having its Oscar winning actors. He looks the part with that beard and imagine former Batman next to Stark, Nerdgasm Galore  I promise you that. He has the chops, The Build, and will get into the role.

Ewan McGregor


Again has the chops, the build, and  looks of Dr.Strange. He was able to be a believable Obi-Wan-Kenobi, I mean tell me didn't he grew up to be the man in a New Hope.

and last but not least

Leonardo Dicaprio

Great actor since he was a child in Rosanne and has been dominating in the movies( sadly not at the Oscars though) this man needs a superhero role. I think can bring a new twist to the role and make it his own. He always gets into his roles and can do the same with Strange too.

I probably like Ewan the best out of these choices. Nothing against Bale or DiCaprio though.

I feel like Bale and Dicaprio are to high profile and bale has already played batman. Ewan is actually a good choice

For me Luke Evans hands down he should be Doctor Strange and here is hoping Marvel casts him as Doctor Strange and why? Because not only does he have the look for the role but he definitely can act especially if you have seen him in The Three Musketeers or even in Fast 6 he was awesome as Shaw and not to mention he has a certain charisma too that he can bring to the role

But if not Luke Evans, then Ewan McGregor would be my pick for Doctor Strange and here is hoping Marvel reaches out to Luke Evans but if not they should reach out to Ewan McGregor for this role

But if not then Leonardo DiCaprio as Doctor Strange he would actually be interesting in the role of Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange

Christian Bale. So what if he played Batman? Chris Evans played the Human Torch before signing on to play Cap, and Laurence Fishburne voiced the Silver Surfer and is now Perry White.

My other choices would be Jon Hamm and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.

Bale was Batman. Nothing against it. He's a great actor. I'm just saying, that when an actor dedicates themselves to a role (especially the lead) in comic book franchise, they usually don't do it a second time. Like I said, I like it, but of all your choices...Bale seems the least likely.

They will either go with an actor who is:
A) set to be a big star or is gaining momentum, in which case Luke Evans is absolutely perfect, he's slowly been gaining momentum recently so a big role like this would be great. He also has the looks and talent.

B) A veteran "RDJ" type of actor, who is well known, but is in need of a big career resurgence or is currently going through one. Then in that case I think Colin Farrell would be perfect. He was amazing in Saving Mr Banks and he definitely can play the humorous side of the character, like in "In Bruges" people are so quick to write him off for this role but I think he'd truly be a great choice.

Colin Farrell as Doctor Strange that is actually an interesting pick but I still have to go with Luke Evans he would be my ideal pick but if not him then definitely Ewan McGregor or Benedict Cumberbatch

Thank you to all the people who are lobbying for Luke Evans for Dr Strange! I like this choice alot! He's a great actor, and yet not quite at "super-star" status, meaning Marvel could most likely be able to lock him into a franchise. I would love to see this come to fruition.

Christian Bale or Leo as the Sorcerer Supreme would be interesting but at the same time it would be strange.

Although, i dont mind those picks.
