I've got some interesting new set photos today! The first few come from Spanish island Tenerife, where a giant scorpion was created for the Louis Leterrier-directed Clash of the Titans, coming to theaters on March 26. Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Danny Huston, Gemma Arterton, Mads Mikkelsen, Jason Flemyng, Alexa Davalos, Izabella Miko, Nicholas Hoult and Pete Postlethwaite star in the action-adventure.

I can't wait for the Medusa scene, that part was always my fav as a kid in the original.

Please don't crucify me...but I have never seen the original. :( But I am totally stoked on this remake and it certainly inspires me to check out the original. I will have to do that before it's release.

I REALLY HOPE THEY LEFT THE LOOK OF MEDUSA ALONE, THAT WITCH LIKE FACE AND HER CRAWLING ON HER HAND PULLING THAT HALF SNAKE BODY, SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KEEP THE WAY IT IS, THAT AND PEGASUS..NOW PEGASUS WAS PRETTY CLEAN, LOOKED PRETTY REAL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STOP ANIMATION...

Nice to see that they're re-making a movie that actually NEEDS a re-make for a change. Not that there's anything wrong with the original which I grew up on but it could certainly use an update.
