SDCC '16: J.K. Rowling's FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM Gets A Magical New Comic-Con Poster

While Wonder Woman and maybe the Justice League are the big hitters of tomorrow's Warner Bros. Comic-Con panel, it may actually be Fantastic Beats and Where To Find Them, which is our next venture into J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World of Harry Potter, that ends up stealing the show. The film's plot has been shrouded in mystery, but it's said that it will set up a trilogy of magical films that will further explore the Magical Congress of the United States of America as well as a number of other countries not seen in the original Potter-centric octalogy.

They've just debuted this wonderful new one-sheet featuring Eddie Redmayne's Newt Scamander front-and-center along with his new friends and potential new foes. Check it out below in ultra hi-resolution:

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them features:
Director: David Yates
Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander
Katherine Waterston as Tina
Alison Sudol as Queenie
Dan Fogler as Jacob
Ezra Miller as Credence
Samantha Morton as Mary Lou
Jenn Murray as Chastity
Faith Wood-Blagrove as Modesty
Colin Farrell as Graves
Jon Voight in an undisclosed role
Gemma Chan in an undisclosed role
Carmen Ejogo in an undisclosed role
Ron Perlman as a goblin

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them hits theaters November 18

I love the style of the poster, it's kind of a period poster, but also a modern take, it's really unique for a non-comic book film poster
