Man of Steel II
Man of Steel II would be the perfect place for a Wonder Woman appearance. Half cameo, half introduction. It wouldn't be a main part of the plot, just a way of overlaying how alone Clark is in this world. Skip over how she met Colonel Trevor and how she became Ambassador to for the Amazons. Show it from Kal's viewpoint. Huge story breaks, our go to DC reporter, Ms.Lane needs to get the scoop, Clark sees her from a far and decides he needs to meet her as Superman. She shrugs him off and acts as if she is just another man, despite what she may feel, again overlying Kal's "alone" feeling. Have this push him closer to Lois, propelling the movie forward possibly introducing Lex instead of Doomsday, simply because having Metropolis blown 1/2 way to heck in MOS I and II back to back may be a bit much.. But either way. Intro WW. Add story accordingly. I would also like hints at "a giant bat in Gotham" perhaps on a newspaper in a random scene, or Ma Kent asking Clark, "Why a cape, you wanna be like that lunatic in Gotham?". I want him to start off as a legend, a myth. I know everybody wants a World's Finest, calm yourselves, not yet.
Wonder Woman
Next, do a WW movie already. Done correctly, she is an amazon badass and will gain respect. I would start the movie off with showing what was not shown in my MOS II. Trevor finding the island, bla bla bla, if they use their source material, its not that hard to put a WW move together, that animated film was alright, do something like that. Anyway, I would use this flick as a way to intro Arthur, smaller than WW cameo in MOSII. Maybe a flashback.. Thymescira is an island, Aquaman controls the seas, its logical they could have met at some point, perhaps in their youth. Or maybe it happens at the end, with WW going back to her island and finding it invaded or occupied by Atlanteans ending with a shot of Arthur and a "So, Princess Diana, I presume?" Being near the leadership of two ancient civilizations hidden from man, it would be logical, especially to the general audience, that they would know of each other. Again hints of the Batman.
The Flash
FLASH! How the heck does Steel(played by Shaq) get a movie before Barry Allen?! By the way if Shaq had a cameo in MOSII as a nod to fans about that ridiculous Steel movie I would drop to the floor immediately! I think the Flash can hold his own movie, if anything I would have the big guy have sort of N.Fury role in a way and have him show up at the end of some epic Flash story, not with him saying "We're putting a team together", but him introducing himself. I would like to have a Flash/Lantern movie but I don't know if Reynold's Hal fits in this universe. Save that for Flash II or GL I or II. I also think having Allen run through Gotham for whatever reason, and have him, even in super speed, think he saw something(a bat shape), only to check back and fine nothing would have me giggling in my seat.
Green Lantern
Moving to GL.. Part of me wants a sequel to Reynolds, mostly in space. Start off with an old school cop chase, just for fun, like, Into Darkness, an opening scene that has nothing to do with the overall plot. Then moving on to an epic Sinestro vs. Hal story line, like First Flight, ending with Hal going back to earth to see Carol, or better yet, his ring signals him back because of what happened in MOSI having him arrive, not in time to help, but showing how he met Clark.. Then again, going the Unlimited route and utilizing John Stewart may be easier or more enjoyable. Plus, lets be honest, there are not a whole lot of colored main stage members of the League, so that is also an upside. Either way, perhaps, being a space epic, this could be a way to intro MM. Or at least introduce the existence of Martians or that they existed at one time.
Namor.. I mean
Aquaman. It can be done. I, I know it, c-can. Done correctly, Arthur should feel like a cross between King Arthur(Camelot) and Thor, with a touch of MOS's Zod, living for his people and all. Having him vs. the surface world is almost too big, WW, GL, SM, Flash, Bats, how could they not get involved? I say save that arc and have an old school linear origin story, maybe I'm wrong, our generation does like its flashbacks, but it would be a refreshing take compared to the other films. Then again this would be great chance for everyone to meet, maybe the Atlanteans vs. the surface could work. Have Bruce stay on the side lines, seeing, watching, understanding. I see a scene with SM, WW, AM, F, GL, all being caught on camera after saving the day, panning back with us realizing that we are watching this on the batcave monitor! Ending with the heroes agreeing they are on the same side and not forming a team just yet but agreeing they are "super" friends, if you will. Also making Clark feel the need to investigate this Gotham Bat myth.
World's Finest
Before JL, we need a World's Finest. I don't care how they do it, just do it right. This relationship of uneasy trust needs to be established before JL. I see small cameos from Robin(Dick), Alfred, Lois, Jimmy, and more. This could be a mini JL movie if done right. I think a reworked version of public enemies or the animated World's Finest would be insane. Bats being the only one who defends Kal even though they just met, Clark not trusting him at all at first but building through the film. I'm not sure a Lex and Joker team up or Lex being the Prez would work, but like I said, a reworked version.
The Justice League
J L . I really enjoyed the New 52 JL debut. The world vs. Darkseid. I personally would love this film. Is it the right choice? Maybe not, but since this is all my fictitious version of the start of the DCU, then yes. Why yes, it is the right choice. If they get the build up right. Then the League will work no matter what. Was the Avengers an amazing and compelling story, No. Did I see it in the theaters 4 times, Yes.
Cyborg, MM, Shazam, the Hawks, Red Tornado, Robin/Nightwing, Green Arrow, and all the rest I'll save for someone else to conspire. I think these ideas could work and I had to get them out of my head.
Henry is my Superman. Diana, Arthur, Barry, JS/HJ, and especially Bruce after years of hinting at his legend, are very big shoes to fill. But it can, and Odin willing, will be done.
