First off, its 2 years old. So its not evidence that Heath was doing illegal drugs at the time of his death. Second, he is not shown doing any drugs himself. But he does make the comment that he did do quite a lot of marijuana in the past and that his girlfriend, and mother of his child (Michelle Williams) were keeping him clean at that point.
