Is 10 Cloverfield Lane a true sequel to Cloverfield? According to The Wrap, the plot is as follows--- "The majority of the movie takes place in an underground cellar, home to a teenage girl and a caretaker. The girl woke up in the cellar after a car accident, at which point her eerie companion tells her a nuclear attack has devastated society. The girl still hopes to escape.

The film stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Goodman, and John Gallagher Jr. Dan Trachtenberg. J. J. Abrams described the film as "a blood relative" or spiritual successor but not "a literal sequel" of the 2008 film Cloverfield.

The film arrives in US theaters this Friday, on March 11.

And someone needs to tell me if there is actually a monster that isn't human in any shape or form in this movie.

The slogan "Monsters come in many forms" really gives me an idea on what direction this movie will take.

Low expectations for this. Mary Elizabeth Whatsherface only stars in terrible movies.

I get the impression the whole movie will be her in that bunker and the movie will end with that final shot, we won't even see the monster, thus hyping us up to see a certain type of movie when they give us another.

I hope i'm wrong though.
