New Behind-The-Scenes ALIEN: COVENANT Video Features Katherine Waterson's Daniels In Hypersleep
It is now exactly 365 days until the release of Ridley Scott's Alien: Covenant, and to mark the occasion Fox has released a brief new set video of Katherine Waterson's character enjoying a nap.
What's an Alien movie without a few hypersleep shots here and there? The official Alien Anthology Facebook page has released the following video to celebrate the fact that, as of today, it's exactly 365 days until we get to see Ridley Scott's follow-up to Prometheus in theaters.
It's brief, but we do get a look at Daniels (Katherine Waterson) as she snoozes away, most likely completely oblivious to the horrors that await her and her crew.
“Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.”
Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Demien Bichir and Danny McBride, and is set to hit theaters on August 4, 2017.
