@KingPatel - she would've made a cool black widow too. I think If Spidey is successful in his first mcu outing (most likely will be), they may embrace using spider woman. There have been reports that they still aim to build up spidey's universe within the mcu. Sinister six movie hasn't been officially axed. Spider woman would work well as a Netflix series

Maslany as Jessica totally works for me.

If Sony does want to flesh out their corner of the MCU (assuming Marvel lets them do that, considering Feige's notorious control issues), a Clone Saga with Holland as Ben Reilly and Maslany as Jessica Drew (not a clone, but still a product of the people who made Reilly) going after the organization that created them would be oddly in her wheelhouse... maybe bordering on typecasting.

But it would be a great way to broaden out the Spider-Brand and do something very "Un-Peter-Parker" while still having Holland in it, playing a similar character but under different (harder) circumstances.

Someone get me a meeting with Amy Pascal. I think I've got like 12% of a pitch here.

Alternatively, it could be Morales and Drew. Similar to their relationship in the Ultimate universe, but with a shared origin related to the High Evolutionary.

Oh, and also, rated R, because James Gunn says Deadpool proves that R-rated movies are successful. AMY CALL ME!
