The Team Assembles In This Awesome Second Trailer For GUARDIANS: SOVIET UNION SUPERHEROES
A new full-length trailer for Saric Andreasyan's impressive looking superhero flick, Guardians, has found its way online. This time we get a closer look at each member of the team and their unique abilities.
The last trailer for Guardians (AKA “Zaschitniki,” or “The Defenders”) was pretty cool, but was let down by some horrendous dubbing. This latest teaser dispenses with the dialogue altogether (there is still a slightly cheesy voiceover), and features some brand new footage of the Russian superhero team - a rock-man, a sword-wielding speedster and a fearsome were-bear among them - uniting to take on a faceless enemy.

During the Cold War, a secret organization “Patriot” has created a squad of superheroes, which included participants from various Soviet republics. For years, the heroes had to hide their identity, but in hard times, they again take the case.
Guardians stars Anton Pampushny, Sanjar Madiev, Sebastian Sisak, Alina Lanina, Stanislav Shirin, Valery Shkirando, Vyacheslav Razbegaev, Alexander Semenov, and Vladimir Butenko, and is set for release on February 23, 2017.
