In an interview with EW, Rogue One director Gareth Edwards provides some new details on a couple of the alien characters we'll be introduced to in the film. Both are part of the Rebel team that take on the mission to steal the Death Star plans.
The first fella, Pao, is apparently some kind of platoon leader who takes great pleasure in barking orders at his men. Then there's Bistan, who is the lakaru gunner of a new starship known as the U-Wing.
Thanks to some snaps from the SDCC floor, we also have our first look at a brand new alien character, who has been referred to as Edrio Two-Tubes (for obvious reasons). He's a mercenary pilot and ally of Forest Whitaker's Saw Gerrera, and you can find out more about him HERE.
