RUMOR: Evil Character To Return For STAR WARS VII

Sources for Kellvin Chavez of Latino Review, have informed him that an evil character from previous Star Wars films will appear in the next two films in the series.

This may seem like deja vu. A year ago, Kellvin from Latino Review reported that Emperor Palpatine was going to appear in the new Star Wars films, and today he is saying the same thing. Now, before any of you freak out, remember that the script a year ago was written by Michael Arndt, but today that script has been heavily changed by J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan. I believe most, if not all of Arndt's material was tossed. Though, it seems that J.J. and Kasdan liked Arndt's idea of bringing Darth Sidious back from the dead. I mean, if he really died after Darth Vader tossed him like a ragdoll.

"My source told me that The Emperor "100%" will appear in Star Wars Episode VII and VIII. Don't look for confirmations from this from Ian Mcdiarmid, because he's not portraying the Emperor this time. Will this big bad resemble the craggy old man of Return of the Jedi? Now that is the question."

Star Wars: Episode VII - Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, David Oyelowow, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film. It's being directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer. The movie opens worldwide on December 18, 2015.

If I remember correctly he did return in the expanded universe. I think it was a ghost, but I'm not totally sure. Maybe I'm wrong and am thinking about Boba Fett who returns.

@nailbiter preach. IGNORANT fools dismissing Latino-Review and Badass Digest, yet they'll accept any rumor that fits their wishes for their respective film.

This would suck if it's true.

This is bullshit it would completely nullify and cheapen Anakins sacrifice in RoTJ. Not only that but it would make episode stories useless especially if Luke has been locked up since RoTJ and if the sith still roam around. Ya I call bullshit.

Only way i can accept that Palpatine came back would be because he learned how to Force Ghost before he died. Thats it. Darth Vader should never come back unless for a flashback or as a plot point...

It still amazingly funny that Latino Review consistently breaks scoops that turn out to be true and people still dought their credibility.

Ignorance is bliss i tell ya.

I wouldn't doubt if this turns out to be true. Considering how most people love the Emperor it would make sense for them to want to put it in. I wouldn't mind it too much if he did appear in the next few films. As long as they don't put Darth Vader in I'm fine.

@SageMode

they are usually spot on for Marvel and DC but with Star Wars I think they're off big time....theres too many contradicting plot points in these scoops especially with established canon. i dont think kasdan or abrams are that stupid but who knows.

Yeah I agree no vader or use very little of the emperor. ...let them rest in peace and give their deaths a meaning by keeping them DEAD. Let's get new villains please.

What if Palpetine's Ghost was able to transfer into Luke? I'm only saying that because Hamill is amazing villains (Joker & Firelord Ozai from Avatar: The Last Airbender)

While I am a Star Wars fan, I'm not ridiculously anticipating this like, say, Batman v Superman. I suppose it's not a massive deal, if it does turn out to be true, but I prefer to go in fresh.

If true, then I hope they make him skinny like Episode VI Emperor, like Chris Evans was in Captain America The First Avenger.

It has to be Ian McDiarmid. I will accept no substitute.

Keep Palpatine dead, keep Vader/Anakin dead. Need a new threat. I'd say Yuuzhan Vong, but they decided to say f*ck the EU so meh...

I'd be cool with Nightsisters/long-thought-dead Sith faction that forces Luke to build a new Jedi Council/Order.
