There’s one person who’d love to return to the world of Star Wars. Can you guess who?

Someone wouldn't mind returning to the world of Star Wars in the future, and could it be possible?

I know this is somewhat old news, but I've only seen it mentioned on the internet recently:

There’s one person who’d love to return to the world of Star Wars, if presented with the opportunity. Can you guess who?

That’s right: Hayden Christensen.

During an appearance on the Canadian entertainment news show etalk from sometime around September last year, Hayden Christensen said that he’d be open to returning as Anakin Skywalker in a new Star Wars film as either a force ghost, flashback, or something similar if they asked him to. This is, despite retiring from Hollywood films years ago. “Absolutely… … if they ever gave me the call, I would sign up in a heartbeat.” “Being a part of that world was a huge deal for me, and was a good four/five years of my life. I have fond memories and good friendships from that whole time.” Christensen then proceeded to talk about what he thought of the franchises current ‘revival’, and said that he was excited to see what direction it was going. “I’m keeping my tabs on it. They sort of keep me abreast a little bit of what’s going on.”

“They sort of keep me abreast a little bit of what’s going on.” Does this mean that Hayden Christensen is still in some form of contact with Lucasfilm for a potential future return?
We do know that at one point in The Force Awakens, Anakin was being considered as coming back in the form of a unique force ghost; one who could embody the light and the dark.

And with rumours floating around that an Anakin force ghost could appear in Star Wars episode 8, or his crippled body in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, only time will tell.

Why ? He was wooden as Anakin skywalker. Why return to a franchise that made you retire from films ?

This would be cool to see hope it happens Hayden was a great Anakin. And it would be cool to see him as a Force Ghost or Clone. Seeing him next to Luke at the same time would be exciting

If you asked me before I saw this concept art...

AND before I saw movies with Christensen OTHER THAN Star Wars, then I would have said no.

But now that I've seen the concept art and movies like Shattered Glass, Id say...
"Well, it depends on how you use him"

@ComicsBornAndBred - That looks really cool, but I just wish it wasn't Batman yet again. How cool would it have been if this series focused on Superman? Lot of opportunities there. Whereas here, it feels like taking a step back after three definitive games that pretty made the player feel as though they're The Dark Knight. Feel really redundant imo.

Also, I wish Marvel went head first into gaming as well. I have hope for this rumour that Sucker Punch studios is handling the game adaptation of Spider-Man : Homecoming.

I actually respect him for still showing interest after the amount of hate the poor guy received from fans. Revenge of the Sith is still my favourite Star Wars movie and I hope he gets another shot at playing Anakin.
Hell, I wouldn't mind an entire Anthology film just focusing on one of the many missions him and Obi-Wan were part of.

I never knew people thought he was a bad actor. I liked the way he delivered his lines (most of them). Plus, his lines are so damn quotable lol
