The reboot of the Spider-Man franchise is in full swing already, as it has been filming now for 13 days now and although we know a good number of actors locked into roles for the film, we have yet to actually know all of them.

IMDb has now added Charlie DePew as a cast member playing Philip Stacy, the cousin of Gwen Stacy and the nephew of George Stacy. Gwen and George are both in the film to be played by Emma Stone and Denis Leary.

Speculation has been that the set photos that were taken of Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy were for a funeral (no doubt), but for who? If it were for George Stacy like we all assume, that could explain a Stacy cousin showing up.

Spider-Man will be released July 3, 2012, in both 2D and 3D format, directed by Marc Webb and starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Chris Zylka, Irrfan Khan, Annie Parisse, Campbell Scott, Julianne Nicholson and Miles Elliot.
