Didn't Spider-man already reveal his identity during the events of "Civil War"?

Mighty Zeus, for all intents and purposes no he didn't, although technically yes he did :-P. It was wiped from everyone's minds by Mephisto.

That'll last until they retcon it, like they did with his unmasking in Civil War...

@Demiurge

That Spider-Man looks like Andrew Garfield.

What a coincidence!

So if one more day is negated does that mean the devil's deal is broken and everything goes back to being good and dark again?

@ArkhamCrusader That was drawn long before Garfield was cast.i

@ArkhamCrusader Not sure why you would make that comment considering that is from the civil war run when spiderman revealed himself (prior to the Amazing Spiderman movie) so you are actually just commenting on how well they cast Garfield. Good job. lol

Do you people actually believe that he'll actually unmask Spider-Man in this issue?

You fools!

Um... Spidey's mask can't be pulled off. According to Dan Slott's run, it clings to his face and only comes off if he wants it to. I'm not concerned.

Wasn't he unmasked in Civil War? I'm confused

He revealed his identity to the world in a press conference. But then Doc Strange made most everyone forget. Shortly thereafter Mephisto altered time so that it never happened at all.

This isn't the first time there's been a scene like this, lol.

@ManCalledSting

Got to think of creative things when you don't reboot multiple times ;) (to tell the same storylines)

Dan Slott is doing wonders on this book. I doubt he's going anywhere.

Is it me, or does the art look like a big poopy? I guess it compliments the writing.

The last issue really reminded me why I rarely read new comics nowadays, especially from marvel.
TheSpiderMan

Are they going to repeat same thing like in Civil War where he was unmasked?
Or maybe something else will happen.

The only thing that would get me to read Spider-Man again is if One More Day is negated. I want Aunt May dead and I want Peter and Mary Jane back together as a married couple.

He was unmasked during Civil War..but Mephisto altered time in a classic "deal with the devil"

Yep, I know that this picture was drawn before The Amazing Spider-Man, I only say, that it's a strange coincidence that this Spider-Man looks like Andrew Garfield....

IT'S TOP SECRET.....

I would like just like to say, there are so many better artists out there that can draw hyper-realistically. I'd buy a book that looks like that one they just released of that techno-venom/kingpin vs Spider-Man.
ScionStorm

Happened before and before that it happened before...

Doesn't matter. I haven't bought a Spider-Man comic since One More Day.
