SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Will Take The Web-Slinger To A Surprising New Location

Yesterday, we got our first look at Tom Holland suited up as the wall-crawler on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Now, Looper has added some more details about what was happening during the shoot, and it turns out that those photos featured one of two key scenes being filmed that day. The first apparently took place on a school bus as Peter Parker and his classmates take a trip to Washington D.C.

The second meanwhile is that action scene featuring a suited up Holland as Spider-Man jumping on to the back of a truck. The part featuring the hero running after it will reportedly be done with CGI, and the site mentions that both that and other vehicles were sporting Washington D.C. lisence plates. Reading between the lines then, it appears as if Spidey leaps into action during the trip to the capital. Previous Spider-Man movies have kept thing contained to New York, so this is quite the departure!

After all, a freeway chase scene will be unlike anything we've seen from the character before, and he could very well end up swinging through the streets of D.C.! We'll just have to wait and see...

I'd love to think this means a Captain America cameo, but that's probably the last place Cap would go to since he's a wanted felon and all.

No! No CGI, it has to be the final design so we can complain about something!
