The movie is a lead in to the Justice league. Whatever the story is will not be a VS for long. It will be a story that's needs the skill and power of both ( plus surprises. Yes there will be )to deal with. Also the ideal that VS instead of AND or meets is still open.

I'm actually afraid that Goyer and Snyder are going to go the route with "they fight each other and lex shows up and boom kryptonite". A majority of you are suggesting this and I'm sorry fans but it's way too generic and I've seen this story in the comics a bunch of times. That's my problem with fans they are uncreative and they just go with the norm. One of the reasons I love MOS was because it was DIFFERENT and unpredictable. I hope they completely turn the table here and do something different. Do something never done before! Don't listen to fans, listen to the feedback of other writers! I hope they chat with either Morrison, Dini, or Timm like they did with Batman Begins. Hell I want them to change kryptonite, I've been a reader for 22+ years and a fan of the animated stuff but please do something different. That is all.

People can call this Superman VS Batman all they want, but in the end, that isn't what this movie will turn out to be. AT MOST, they will be enemies for the first half of the film, before joining forces.

I don't know about you [frick]tards but I have waited for this movie since 1989. Fans like me have always wanted this team up. You guys are just never satisfied with shit and you are all cynical brats. Some are just some Marvel fans who I don't know if they have lives. I still can't believe Avengers even happened. I'm excited let's go!

I disagree the site itself does not promote hate towards DC infact if you look at most polls regarding DC they are always positive. It is the few handful of Marvelite trolls that love to troll on every article. I crack up how they feel threatened by poor horrible DC!

what's the story? the mayor has kicked superman out of metropolis because of all the damage he has caused,so he now operates in gotham city. however batman isn't happy that superman has come to gotham. so he wants him out,he doesn't want gotham to look like metropolis did after that fight with zod.

hence batman vs superman.

I know what I said sounded completely naive and unrealistic but really dude you go on here everyday and complain, guess what, WE GET IT. If you think bitching and complaining on shit will do anything, it won't. I respect your opinion and I actually like your input but when you sit here like a Buddha and complain, it doesn't accomplish. Sometimes I wonder if this is a medium to release your anger or just troll. I tell people all the time, if you're unhappy with something, do something about it. Complaining at a site is not going to accomplish nothing. But if you don't give a shit then why do you continue to complain? Paradox? I'm actually trying to encourage to do something. Look at Geoff Johns he started as an intern with Donner and look at other people. Push your idea any way possible. Use the internet as you please!

You wrote an idea about MM a while back right? I loved that. You commented on a few articles with some ideas but it was very subtle. You and Levi threw some ideas around a while back. From what I saw, I really thought it was great. Your animated shit is brilliant and should happen!

This site leans DC but Marvel gets love for being a Comic Book company that produces there own movies. People are only hard on WB and Fox because they are movie studios that don't appreciate and/or understand there comicbook properties.

Agreed. I remember a few months ago, so called "spoilers" on the possibility of brainiac appearing in MOS, that would set up MOS 2. It ended up as BS. As it turns out WB had been planning a Superman vs Batman movie beforehand.

@MAC I expect the movie to have a really great plot with good dialog but with moments of bad dialog and some random action. That's just me judging from MOS. But if we see Batman Begins Goyer and Watchmen Snyder, this will be AMAZING.
