The first trailer for Wonder Woman gave us an exciting glimpse of Gal Gadot's DC superheroine facing down the enemy forces with her trademark shield, but this new still from Empire paints a slightly more grim picture of the conflict, as Diana seems overwhelmed by the horrors of the human war she finds herself a part of.

Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny."
Wonder Woman also stars Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, and Lucy Davis. Directed by Patty Jenkins, principal photography has taken place on location in the UK, France and Italy. It’s set to be released in 2017.
