After this bizarre promo left us drooling with anticipation for FX's Legion, we have a slightly longer new teaser for you to take a look at.

In the comics, David Haller is one of the most powerful mutants in existence, and has a different ability assigned to each one of his multitude of personalities. It remains to be seen if the show follows suit, but it's highly unlikely body-swapping is going to be his one and only superpower.

Legion follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real.

Legion is set to premiere on FX in 2017.

I'm intrigued by this show but something about it seems....off. Like its missing something. Doesn't FEEL like a comic book show based on x men mythology. I get that there's a certain vibe they're giving off. It seems present in a grounded reality but still, it doesn't seem like this is the world of the xmen and mutants.

@ComicsBornAndBred - I sees this kind of like Big Hero 6, where it's sorta based on a comic but it's mostly it's own thing. This feels like it's trying to be a weird FX drama like Fargo rather than trying to feel like The Flash or whatever.
