When Anna Kendrick was recently asked which superhero she'd like to play, the actress mentioned that her brother had suggested Squirrel Girl. In all honesty, that's a pretty perfect bit of casting, and while it's hard to imagine a movie revolving around the character being released in Phase 3 (or 4 for that matter), stranger things have happened, and her showing up somewhere down the line is possible.

What will she look like when she does? Well, that's a question you can always rely on Twitter's @Bosslogic to answer, and he's put together a very cool piece of artwork which offers up an idea of how Kendrick could become Squirrel Girl in live-action. It's kind of surprising just how well this works, and with the character's comic selling well, Marvel Studios may just be considering her MCU debut...

Does Marvel earn the rights to Squirrel Girl? Becuase if Squirrel Girl appears in the movies, I want her to meet Deadpool.

Can anyone imagine what would happen if they tried to make a dark and gritty Squirrel Girl?

"Her parents were killed by squirrels. BUt now, she's going to take her revenge. Now, she controls them."

"SQUIRREL GIRL"

@Quicker - Be more like a kind of sociopathic girl who's bullied in school that confides in the squirrels she lives with in the treehouse she built for herself in her backyard.

She "talks" to them and plans to use them to get revenge on all of her bullies.

In the end of the movie she goes to the school with an army of squirrels and attacks the bullies, fully decked out in her squirrel-girl costume (did I mention she likes comics too?)

But then it's revealed it was all in her head and in reality she went to school with a gun and killed her bullies and then herself.
