This past month there has certainly been no shortage of rumors surrounding Zack Snyder's upcoming movie 'Man of Steel'. Rumors have ranged from filming in Canada, Lindsay Lohan being up for a role, Edgar Ramirez, and most recently, the relatively unknown actor Adam Harris auditioning for the role of Lex Luthor.

Now I have gotten my hands on a few more pieces of information for you guys from my source regarding the production about Lex Corp in Chicago, those Lindsay Lohan rumors, and more on Adam Harris. I've been in contact with this source for a little while now and they've yet to say/do anything that would make me think they are unreliable but regardless, take the rumors however you wish.

- Lindsay Lohan never audtioned for any role with Superman.
- Adam Harris audtioned and has two callbacks with readings with Henry Cavill and Amy Adams.
- Adam has started a physical training program for a more demanding physical Lex Luthor.
- Scripts are being held very tightly. rumored: there are two different versions floating around, there will be a lot of fight scenes toward the end.
- There will be "employee hiring" job fairs for LexCorp in Chicago in the summer.
- A major factory plant in chicago will be playing host to LexCorp industries.

So there you have it folks, if any of you guys are Chicago residents, and if these rumors are to be believed, then you might have the chance to attend a LexCorp job fair.

you dont follow up extremely talented cavill and 4 oscar nominees - adams,costner,diane,shannon

then get unknown adam harris lol

not to mention WB has gone after DDL ,Viggo,and Sean Penn 3 other oscar nominees for roles

so no adam harris is not lex

lex luthor should be a name actor

also seeing how adam harris has not 1 film to his credit

atleast cavill and hemsworth have movies before thier superhero movie

Have you guys forgotten that Christopher Nolan based his Batman casting on Superman(1978), meaning they would want known actors and not unknowns.

Finally,we'll have LexCorp for the first time in a Superman Movie, this is better than having him on the run from the beginning.

Lohan had it all, not too many years ago she had a great career ahead of her. Cute kid everyone loved her....Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

I'd be prepared to give this Harris guy a shot if those rumours are true. He does look like he could embody the character of Lex well. And I'm sure his acting ability must be being seen as on par if he has had callbacks. I'm not one to think the movieverse incarnation of Lex HAS to be played by a known actor each time. Depends what chemistry he has with Cavill and Adams.

Btw whoever keeps stirring the Lohan rumour should quit it! Every time it keeps cropping up I get worried, though at least there's been nothing to support it each time it's occurred. @Comedian03 Things are looking good if your source turns out to be right. Thanks for posting.

Thank god Lohan is not involved. I'd just like to see a Superman movie with Superman being Earth's champion. Never give up, never surrender. That kind of stuff. This Savior/Christ imagery needs to take a hike. Please get rid of the red underwear. Thanks.

I think casting an unknown(no acting credits) as Lex, who would most likely play a bigger role in the sequels, is a huge risk.

If this is even true, I just hope Zack Snyder is really thinking this through.

LOL. Even Adam Harris is distancing himself from Lohan.

And he's not getting cast. He might be very talented but Snyder needs a known name for Luthor. Not wants, needs.

The icing on the cake is the Lexcorp "job fair". If they were going to pull a stunt like that, don't you guys think they'd do it next summer? MOS is set for Dec 2012...

Idk about this Adam Harris guy either. Snyder does like to cast nobodies, or lesser known actors. Lex should be a little bit more known than this guy. I agree with Viggo Mortenson, I think if ya shave his corwn bald, and give him a script, he'd be a mean SOB.

What the [frick] is with people needing a grammy or an oscar or some shit to get a part in a film? They may be good actors, but there may be an unknown who is more suited for the role, and if this is the case I am all for it. Adam Harris is unknown, this for me is good. A lot of times I watch a film with an actor like Arnie in it, and I automatically think "sweet, the terminator". An unknown could be good, because you wont have any expectations, and could appreciate their performance more.

Why does it NEED a known actor?

Nice article comedian, if most of it is true, I shall be happy.
