Scott Eastwood And Raymond Olubowale Reportedly Join David Ayer's SUICIDE SQUAD

Two new actors have reportedly joined director David Ayer's Suicide Squad. Fan speculation says one actor could be King Shark while the other is a young actor who's quickly approaching leading man status and should have a choice role.

There's reportedly, two new additions to David Ayer's Suicide Squad movie.  Actor Scott Eastwood (son of Clint) told the Canadian outlet eTalk that he's been in Toronto for Suicide Squad filming/prep.  This would be a reunion for Eastwood and Ayer as the two previously worked together on Ayer's breakout film,  Fury.  With Eastwood also starring in  Nicholas Sparks adaptation The Longest Ride, it would seem the young actor is poised to soon become a household name and would have a sizable role in Suicide Squad.

As for Raymond Olubowale, a former Heavyweight Boxing Champion of Canada, fans are speculating that he could be playing King Shark in Suicide Squad given his past role as The Axe Man in Sony's Resident Evil franchise.  Whatever his role in the film may be, Olubowale told The Sun that he feels like a kid again on set.  "It’s fantastic, genuinely fantastic.  It’s an opportunity to never grow up. You’re just one big kid playing make-believe and you’re compensated well."

As the work week begins tomorrow morning, we should have more news on who Eastwood and Olubowal are playing as the Hollywood trades weigh in.

How is he poised to become a household name after being in a Nicholas sparks film???? Poised to becoming an annoying romance film cliche from that description lol. I'm guessing small role like he had in Fury. doesn't seem like he inherited the Eastwood manly badassery

I wouldn't mind seeing Eastwood as Hal Jordan, but if he is in Suicide Squad he probably isn't playing Hal

I was hoping the Chris pine as gl rumour that's been about would turn to truth

If Eastwood has just been cast now, wouldn't that show the size of his role?

Interesting... As stoked as I am for Ben Affleck's Batman, I can't help but feel more interested for this than I do for Batman v Superman.

Olubowale looks big enough to be King Shark. I definitely buy that as long as all he does is growl in his minor role. No need for intense dialogue

Chris Pine as Hal is possible, but I'm not trusting the Latino-Review.

I'm trying to think of who Scott Eastwood could be, but I'm not really certain. I could definitely see him playing a good Jason Todd, but I wouldn't hold my breath for the film getting that much more awesome. As far Olubowale goes, I have no idea who he is, but based off his look, he's likely playing King Shark, Black Spider, Bronze Tiger, or some unimportant extra.

@kburn123 I would love Chris Pine as Hal. I would love to see him and Batman bump heads like they do in the comics.

@A2K I think that's because there is more mystery behind BVS and David is really excited to share
