Josh Brolin Reveals When He'll Next Be Working With Marvel As The Mad Titan 'Thanos'
There's been a lot of speculation surrounding Thanos' next appearance in the MCU, and unless Marvel are planning a surprise for Avengers: Age of Ultron, it could be quite some time until we seen him again! Hit the jump to hear what Josh Brolin had to say about returning...
Josh Brolin is officially the Marvel Cinematic Universe's big bad as The Mad Titan Thanos, but when are we going to see him again? Talking to Nuke The Fridge recently, the actor revealed when he will be working with the studio. "The fact that it’s so, it’s like, Yeah in 2016 and ’17, what am I going to be doing? Oh, I’m going to be doing that," he revealed. This means Thanos could return in any number of movies, with Guardians of the Galaxy 2 a likely candidate and Avengers: Infinity War a guarantee. Are we going to see him perhaps show up in somone's solo movie on the hunt for an Infinity Stone though? He wouldn't say, but did have the following to share about playing the iconic villain. "I’m very lucky in that way, man. I just get presented these things and I go wow, really? Why now and why this? The possibilities for Thanos are unlimited. I loved doing it. It was great. It was totally different. That’s not even the reason why I did it. I just loved the idea of that. It’s a really fun deal. I was more nervous during that than I think I’ve been in a long time because it’s a very different venue with 32 cameras or whatever surrounding you, and paint but fun."
