With over 40 points of articulations and standing at 20 inches tall, this Avengers: Age of Ultron Iron Man action figure has a newly developed head sculpt with the likeness of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and an interchangeable helmeted head with LED light-up function. It also comes packaged with a specially designed diorama figure base featuring a Ultron Sentry with detachable head and arm, Mark XLIII nameplate, and movie logo. What do you think about this design?

Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson and hits cinemas on May 1st, 2015.

I heard he will have at least 200 of these suits since Ultron will be able to slice through them like paper if IM3 is anything to go by.

You're really pissed off at what they did to you aren't you Hank?

I understand why though, this universe is for better or worse Ironman and Friends.

@KindredMac. I caught a Hamlet reference. RDJ was in Richard III though...

@PymParticle

Fans have already explained why that happened, as the suits were made of inferior material and made to be drone suits rather than wearable so it wasnt as heavily armored.

Hot Toys revealed the Mark 43 armour a couple of months ago, but it was the 1/6 scale. (12in/30cm approx. height)
(which is a repaint of the Mark 42 from Iron Man 3)

This is the Mark 43 1/4 scale (18.5in/47cm approx. height)

The increased size allows for more detail in the figure... but it comes with a nice price tag...
I could not find any preorders... but to give you an idea, the Mark 42 (1/6 scale) was $310 USD

The Hulkbuster (also 1/6 scale) is $825 USD

I'd guess this Mark 43 1/4 scale should be around something in between those figures...

I love Hot Toys and their attention to detail, but they always had trouble when it comes to Downey's likeness. It would always look like him, but something was always off. But damn, they finally nailed it with this one.

$829 for Hot Toys' Hulkbuster - $379 for the HotToys' Hulk to compliment it....

Bwah hahahahahahah...... No!. You've gotta have serious Man-Child issues to seriously justify spending that obscene amount of money on [albeit detailed and posable] plastic dollies.

Collectables gone mad - direct from Man-Child central: Japan.
