Well at least the cover doesn't lie. Also will they start drawing Hulk bald if he's going to look like that! Though why hasn't his hair grown back?

Can someone explain this to me. Hulk and Banner are both smart, but now Banner is evil and good Hulk needs to stay angry or he will turn into evil Banner?

The more I see previews of these new Hulk comics, the older I feel. I;m not saying that the character should stay stagnant, but wow, do I miss Herb Trimpe!

Ok so I finished reading the last 2 issues, hulk uses 50 Heroin neededles in one and then atlantean meth made by Atlantans inbred rednecks to stay angry, WTF so he can survive a nuclear blast but you can stick him with needles?

Oh and hulk shaved his head like 6 issues ago to have dr doom do brain surgery while hulk was still awake cuz he doesn't trust him.
So if wolverines healing factor can grow hair back immediately and hulks is better than wolverine then why is he still bald couple weeks later.

@GLprime That's cause Aaron knows nothing about The HULK

@GLprime His hair grew back longer and he had a beard when he was living with the molemen, his hair got burnt off when he held banner in front the gamma bomb.

So either the gamma bomb stopped his healing factor from growing back the hair or he just shaves his head....every 5 mins or so lol.

@glprime ... i was thinking the same thing. this relaunch was good for first 5 issues or so but has slowly been teetering off the rails ... that mexican pitbull issue was just straight up goofy. i love aaron but this series just isn't delivering now, even with the sort of cool "banner in my head" concept. it's too inconsistent ... occasionally he would do things like intentionally make himself angry to stay as the hulk but then he becomes calm (b/c he has to for the story to move on) and nothing happens, banner doesn't take over like he should.

too many holes and inconsistencies. i am dropping the title. winter soldier, punisher and daredevil are my other current marvel titles, all of them are still good. dropping the avenging spider-man too. dc has a lot of good stuff too right now but honestly the independents are where it's at, especially image.

It's awful. As bad as the artwork is the plot and dialog are even worse. Almost makes me want to drop the title but I hold out hope that the end is near for this (ahem) "creative" team.

I like this art. It's good to see a more realistic-looking Hulk, not the cartoonishly exaggerated behemoth that most artists seem to want to draw these days. Hulk should be larger than most characters, but he doesn't need cartoonish muscles like from one of those steroid muscle magazines with all these goofy veins bulging out all over or to be ten feet tall and ten feet wide. It's weird to see the Hulk bald like that, and I hope that doesn't last past this storyline.
