Check Out These Unusual Japanese Character Posters For AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON
Showcasing, if not spoiling, Hawkeye's family as well as Black Widow's romance with Bruce Banner, four character posters have surfaced for the upcoming Japanese release of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Given Japan won't be getting Avengers: Age of Ultron until the fourth of July, marketing for the Marvel sequel is still going strong in the island nation. And following the spoiler-filled international trailer, which seemingly promoted a movie different from the one that's currently in theaters everywhere else, four Japanese character posters have been released online. While one poster sees Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) getting close, another features Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) hugging his kids and pregnant wife. The third poster has previously-seen images of Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) assembled, while the fourth shows Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) all alone. Check it out below!
Marvel Studios presents Avengers: Age of Ultron, the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision. Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” published in 1963.
