In continuation with
images posted earlier today, the
Daily Mail have now added their slew of set images from last night's filming for Marc Webb's
Spider-Man reboot. While it's most likely a stunt double, the site believes the star Andrew Garfield, who was spotted on set as well, may have donned the suit for the action sequence.
"While the Spidey suit concealed his true identity on set, a quick glance at his eyes and eyebrows suggested that it was indeed the actor in the costume. Andrew did seem to take part in some of the action, going through moves at one point with what looked like a crew member. And the person attempting the most complex stunt - in which the person in the costume lifted themselves on their hands and hurled their legs into the air - had their back to the camera, so it remains unclear whether Andrew tried that one himself."
Update: Star Pulse, who claims Garfield DID take on an action sequence in the suit, has unveiled their images from the set with Spidey's eyes blacked-out.
What do you think? Anyhow,
Spider-Man stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, and Denis Leary, hitting the big screen July 3, in 3D.
