S.H.I.E.L.D-Branded Aircraft Prop Spotted Near The Set Of The Avengers!

It seems the peacekeeping organization SHIELD will be branding more than cars, trucks & the Helicarrier in the The Avengers, with an aircraft prop spotted near the set.

As filming progresses for Marvel and Joss Whedon's crossover spectacle The Avengers, production is moving on location, rather than a studio. And while it's known the Nick Fury-directed S.H.I.E.L.D organization will be branding Acura vehicles, heavy duty trucks as well the Helicarrier, it seems they'll also have their own jet fighters with a prop spotted near the set, via g0db3rry.

It looks like the front of an F-22 without the radome. Might be a flight sim.

Cool find! But it looks too small to be a Quinjet...

If Green Lantern got a $300,000,000 budget then Avengers should not get a penny less.

Marvel Studios are some cheap bastards. All the contract stuff was done before the Disney purchase wasn't it? I think I also read somewhere that this was budgeted under $200 mil.

Come on Marvel give us a friggin teaser and official poster for Avengers! TDKR comes out 2 MONTHS after YOUR big 2012 movie. You should be showing us something by now...

Coldblood6

@ Batmanrises

MARVEL will release something when the time is right and when they have a reasonably finished quality product.

Let's be honest, if the TDKR teaser had been for ANY other movie people would be calling it shit. TDK is an established franchise that can afford to to that for it's next movie.

THE AVENGERS is a new franchise that needs plan and execute it's marketing with precision briliiance.

Coldblood6 -

What're you from Marvel's PR Department? lol

The Dark Knight teaser was a Joker card exploding on the screen over some dialogue from the movie....In retrospect, it wasn't that great. Didn't reflect the end result at all but still became the monster hit that it was.

Plus...If it were for any other movie it wouldn't have Batman and Bane in it so I'm not following your logic I guess.
