Reports On The Avengers' Cleveland Shoot Further Confirm Threatening Invaders!

Coming from two new separate sources covering what filming for Marvel Studios' The Avengers depicted today, they both further confirming more threatening "outer-beings." Check it out!

While we were tipped earlier of the following, I was recently contacted by another movie extra, who filmed "explosive" scenes today for next summer's The Avengers. And in their report, what's further confirmed are extraterrestrials evidently being involved in the scenes. And if that isn't enough, the Daily Mail have also posted their coverage, dotting on the same subject.

Today was my first day of work as an extra on the movie, "Avengers". There was a great deal of sitting around, but it was thrilling during the street scene. We were running and screaming from the invasion of aliens or some force. They also feed you well. There was catered breakfast when we arrived at the Halle Building at 6:30AM, snacks throughout the day, and three choices of meat at 1:00PM.

From Daily Mail, who've also provided more superb quality images from today's shoot, they openly state the following:
Clevelanders were treated to the surreal sight of actors running away from apparently nothing, which will be aliens in the film, after the technical wizards have had their fun. Captain America himself, Chris Evans, was also on set today, on the same faux Manhattan street where the 'aliens' attacked with fire bombs later, though he will also be digitally added to the scenes of carnage.

And lastly, if you're still not convinced, which I highly doubt, watch the following video captured from today's explosive shoot. While it's not as proving as the above reports, notice the various directions the NYPD actors aim their guns.

Marvel's The Avengers picks up when an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security. And Nick Fury, director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. With director Joss Whedon at it's helm, and an ensemble cast including Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), Chris Hemsworth (Thor Odinson), Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton), Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner), Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff), Clark Gregg (Agt. Phil Coulson), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), with Tom Hiddleston (Loki Laufeyson), and Stellan Skarsgard (Professor Erik Selvig), the film releases worldwide May 4, 2012!

Well, I think it's pretty much confirmed that it's NOT the Hulk that's causing all the destruction. I hope it's Kang. That would be an interesting twist.

Why has no one mentioned it could be like the Ultimates, the Chitari or whatever. I mean technically they're not 'Skrulls' so the Skrulls themeselves could be debunked.

@BooYah Hey, just read your editorial. Great job, but do you mind taking my name out? I know tell you guys in the comments sect. that I know, but that's a bit more public then a prefer. It's sorta putting a dart on back. I hop you understand bud.

Surprised no one has mentioned Herr Kleiser. It could allow the movie start with a WWII flashback.

I noticed a Dr, Pepper truck just happened to be amidst all the chaos. No other soda exists within the Marvel Movieverse. Speaking of product placement... I'm still a little ticked that 7-11 dissed us on not having a Captain America Slurpee cup. They made giganto Thor cups and then came out with Cowboys and Alians cups!

It's definitely not Kang. Come on. That would be way too much to cram into a movie that's already chocked full of awesomeness. If it's the Skrulls then Joss just took it to the next level. It'll take at least a trilogy to contain all of this epic badassery.

Skrulls = Kree= Capt Marvel= Space epic Cbm that GL wished it was.
Kayo

Whedon I think is more secretive than Nolan, nobody knows until now who exactly the primary adversary in his Avenger's flick, our assumption is base only on some sources from outside and yet it didin't come into our mind that that thing (skrull, kang, thanos etc.) are really in there or probably CGI for those character. Whedon knows how to put puzzles on every fanboys head.

I'm not real thrilled by the appearance of the skrulls themselves... BUT this is really going to open up the cinematic Marvel U, and that's going to be amazing. Introduce the Skrulls now and maybe we'll be seeing Thanos not too far down the road :D
