While a new theatrical trailer approaching for Marvel's much-anticipated The Avengers flick, said to be fairly spoilerific story-wise and action-wise, Russian site Mstitely2012 have posted what they're claiming to be elements from the Joss Whedon-written script. Depicting potential scene details , read below at your own will.
UPDATE: Special thanks to Anton Volkov, we have a proper translation of the Russian transcribed spoilers.

The following text is a paraphrase of some elements of the script.

At the start of the film, Loki hires (mind-controls) Hawkeye and Dr Selvig from Thor to steal the Cosmic Cube from S.H.I.E.L.D.

Captain America has some interesting encounters while walking around New York for the first time in the modern world.

In the scene between Black Widow and Dr Banner (which was shown at NYCC), she tells him S.H.I.E.L.D. will set him free after he does the job, and it causes Banner to lose his temper, but he then shyly apologises.

Stark and Cap meet for the first time when Coulson brings Cap to Stark Tower to ask for help. Pepper Potts will appear in this scene.

The Avengers capture Loki, but he is saved by Thor, about 30-40 mins into the film, his first appearance is landing on top of the Quinjet. Then there’s a scene between the brothers in the forest, and Cap and Iron Man arrive and fight with Thor.

In the cell on the Helicarrier (probably the scene shown at D23), Loki tells Banner that the cell was designed for something “more mean and green”.
Hulk will be out in all his glory in the final battle.

The film’s central figure is Cap, all the events are told from his POV. Apart from New York, the Avengers will also visit an unknown Middle Eastern country, and Asgard.

Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures “Marvel’s The Avengers”--the super hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel super heroes Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

Starring Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson, & directed by Joss Whedon from a screenplay by Joss Whedon, “Marvel’s The Avengers” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963 and a comics institution ever since. Prepare yourself for an exciting event movie, packed with action and spectacular special effects, when “Marvel’s The Avengers” assemble on May 4, 2012. The film is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. In addition to "Marvel's The Avengers," Marvel Studios will release a slate of films based on the Marvel characters including "Iron Man 3" on May 3, 2013!; and “Thor 2” on November 15, 2013.

Hm, interesting.
But the Avengers go to Asgard? That sounds very cool.

@PaulRom I don't think they mean the team goes to Asgard. Asgard is explored in the movie.

Ah, OK. The way it was worded suggested that the team was going to be in Asgard.

Hmm I just find strange to know that hulk just appears fully (thats what I understand with "all his glory") in the end. That bridge battle isn't true, then? Dunno what to think of this one.

Hmm sounds lame, hope it isn't true
NerdyGeek
NerdyGeek - 2/26/2012, 10:44 AM
What they mean by "full glory" is that Bruce will be under his own control in the final battle. In the bridge battle, it will be Loki controlling Hulk.
Knightrider
Knightrider - 2/26/2012, 10:58 AM
Hope this is wrong, as this doesn't sound too promising. I think most of the action scenes we have seen from trailers and commercials are the big final New York battle, which looks great, but has got me wondering, what is going to be happening for the other bits of the film. I am worried by the mention of Captain America's funny moments.
MovieMaster
MovieMaster - 2/26/2012, 11:04 AM
@Knightrider- I like the Cap idea, I mean I know they can't have Cap pointing to a woman working asking, "why aren't you at home cooking and cleaning?" but some funny scenes with Cap getting to grip with how the world has changed would be nice

TheIrishAvenger I agree. That's probably what they mean.

At the start of the film, Loki hires Hawkeye and Dr Selvig from Thor to steal the Cosmic Cube from S.H.I.E.L.D.

IDK, I know Clint has a shady past, but still I'm slightly surprised at this. I could see how it could bring Hawkeye more into the mix and have him be a more needed character. Also the Avengers in Asgard? Wow. How does that work with none of the characters showing though? And how did Thor get to earth without the bridge?
MrDuck
MrDuck - 2/26/2012, 11:36 AM
Ok, everything here sounds legit except Hawkeye being hired instead of mind-controlled.
Frogman
Frogman - 2/26/2012, 11:37 AM
Selvig was being mind-controlled by Loki wasn't he? Why would Loki suddenly hire him?
DCMarvelFreshman
DCMarvelFreshman - 2/26/2012, 11:50 AM
You guys are reading it too literal. That's what they're referring to; the mind-control.

I hope this is wrong. I want more Hulk.

DcMarvelFreashman So Clint is mind controlled too? Hmmmm... perhaps this is how they go one on one with Loki? Each Avenger having to fight with Loki in a psychological battle? Perhaps where Loki and Stark have this conversation?

Interesting...

Can't wait! Still how does Thor get to Earth if the bride is smashed? Still confused.

Thor slightly is still probably confused from the Thor film as if Loki was just doing that just to prove his point to Odin.

I can not wait to see this but I know that this and the dark knight rises will be major disappointments. I have hyped them up in my mind and if Thor and Hulk are barely in this like this says then I will leave the theater unsatisfied. Same with Bane in the dark knight rises. If he isnt 100% badass then I will leave pretty pissed.

P.s I dont think this counts as trolling

@superotherside the loki mind control bit was kinda spoiled with this:

DCMarvelFreshman Did you post that Lego pic? I must have missed that. Interesting. I guess he must at least control Hawkeye, Selvig, and probably Hulk. He probably will at least have mind games with the rest. IDK if he'll be able to control them though. Interesting he has the cube when he's riding the truck as well. Hmmmm...

Prolly a little lost in translation... Does "Hulk will be out in all his glory in the final battle" mean that he will be nikkid? Didn't he tweet about that?

What about Germany? From what I understood that falcon kick with Captain America and Loki was supposed to take place in Stuttgart, Germany

I remember that to, they caught some dialogue and cap says something along the lines of last time I was in Germany....
superherofan21
superherofan21 - 2/26/2012, 5:09 PM
Perhaps Loki and Cap are in Germany when Loki gets inside Cap's mind? That's how Loki can fight with all the Avengers and bringing Cap to Germany would be a call-back of when Cap was in WWII.

In the scenes that will be shown in Asgard, at the most they should show Odin or at the least Heimdell should appear still guarding the broken Bifrost, bidding Thor goodbye before he returns to Midgard

This might be a description of scenes from the first half of the movie. The alien stuff might come in at the end. It can certainly work but it would help if it had a good director

cdpacheco89 - 2/26/2012, 9:10 PM
Well of course its told from the POV of Cap, its the closest place in the timeline leading into The Avengers and Captain America for all the people who see these as like regular movies think Captain America when they think comics. That doesnt mean that there wont be many scenes with all the characters, in fact, I dont think youll have time to notice. It was to be looked at as an action movie and its about making money and unfortunately there arent enough fan boys, so be happy you even get to see an Avengers movie, I am :D

@TheIrishAvenger - yeah, I guess you nailed it regarding the Hulk. Guess "glory" in this case means "heroism".

@FatherMidnight - c'mon man you understand what they meant. He's a guy awoken in the future already chaotic to him, and with a gigantic menace coming. It's only natural they use him for the public to relate.

Just as they did with Wolverine on the beginning of the 1st X-Men. He didn't know who they were, and learns with the public.

@RunDTC - I LOLed!
