Agreed, but this was merely a teaser trailer. Literally the only new thing was Ultron head and the new title, whereas in the Dark Knight Teaser, filming was much underway.

Wait a minute! They showed the trailer with the Jarvis app, I've been saying that Jarvis will indeed not be Ultron but if that's true, that a clear inclusion that Jarvis will become Ultron.
